Hansen is offering Spokanites an opportunity to learn, not only where there food really comes from but also, all about how it is prepared. He is collaborating with award winning chef’s from across the Pacific Northwest to offer you 6 course dinners with optional wine parings. You will have an opportunity to see demos & listen to discussions from ranchers, butchers & growers from across the northwest. There will be brunch options on Saturday and dinners all 4 nights.
