We have almost 11,000 of space from which to create the perfect office for you. You choose the look, colors and 
feel you want and we'll build it for you. You'll be in a beautiful historic building right in the heart of downtown Spokane. If you don't want all 11,000 square feet, we can create a smaller size office to suit your needs. Give Shannon a call at 509-385-2369.
Basement
We have approximately 15,000 square feet of dry storage space with a 12 foot ceiling. Storage space is available for $4 a square foot. We would also be open to discussing remodeling for use as retail, service, educational or office uses.
